What We Collect
When you submit an enquiry through our Join Us form, we collect the athlete's name, date of birth, an email address and mobile number for the athlete or their parent/guardian, and any message you choose to include. We do not collect any other personal information through the website.
Why We Collect It
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and to help place an athlete in a squad appropriate to their age and ability. Date of birth is used solely for this purpose. We do not use your information for marketing, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
How It's Handled
Enquiry forms are processed using Formspree, a third-party form service that securely delivers submissions to us by email. Formspree acts as a data processor on our behalf and does not use submitted information for its own purposes. Children's Information
Our form is intended to be completed by a parent or guardian on behalf of an athlete under 18. By submitting the form, the person completing it confirms they have the authority to share the athlete's details with us for the purpose of a club enquiry or application.
How Long We Keep It
Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to respond and process a potential joining, and are deleted if the enquiry does not lead to membership. If an athlete joins the club, relevant details are retained as part of our normal membership records for as long as they remain a member.
Website Analytics
We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool, to understand general visitor numbers to our website. It does not use cookies and does not collect any personally identifiable information, so no consent is required for this.
Cookies & Google Ads
If you arrive at our site through a Google ad, we may ask for your consent to use a small tracking cookie from Google Ads. This helps us understand whether our advertising is actually leading to enquiries, so we can spend our (very modest) advertising budget sensibly.
This cookie is entirely optional and separate from the cookie-free analytics described above.
